Description

  • Own growth marketing activities across multiple games in Mythwright’s portfolio.
  • Plan and run campaigns to drive pre-launch wishlist growth and post-launch revenue.
  • Optimize store pages to improve conversion, visibility, and overall funnel performance.
  • Continuously test new creative approaches, platforms, and services to improve campaign results.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to produce marketing assets such as trailers and key art.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on game performance using weekly product dashboards.
  • Track organic and inorganic growth performance and turn insights into action.
  • Report concise campaign outcomes, including ROI and experiment results.
  • Work with developers to align campaign performance with product vision.
  • Build and execute campaigns to increase inbound publishing enquiries from developers.

Requirements

  • Experience in the games industry.
  • Proven track record in optimizing growth funnels.
  • Experience running effective Steam campaigns to drive wishlist growth.
  • Extremely quick learner with the ability to absorb and act on complex information.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to produce concise summaries and clear action points.
  • Tenacious, hands-on approach with comfort managing both strategy and implementation.
  • Inventive and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on data, experimentation, and measurable impact.
  • Comfort balancing analytical work with creative campaign execution.
