Description

  • Design and build backend services for reporting, dashboards, and analytics.
  • Ensure code quality, scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and document technical designs.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to deliver features for external users.
  • Implement testing and monitoring practices to maintain production stability.
  • Mentor engineers and improve backend development practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
  • Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience designing scalable backend services, APIs, and data models.
  • Experience working on product teams delivering features to external users.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern development workflows.
  • Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure preferred.
  • Experience with Python or Airflow, Docker and Kubernetes, React or TypeScript, GraphQL, Terraform, or Temporal preferred.
