Description

  • Design and build responsive, high-quality user interfaces for data products and internal/client-facing tools.
  • Collaborate with Product, Design, and Back End teams to translate business needs into intuitive user experiences.
  • Own UX/UI decisions and propose improvements to usability, flows, and visual consistency.
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end services and APIs when needed.
  • Identify and address gaps in front-end architecture and component libraries across projects.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and front-end best practices.
  • Contribute to technical decisions around front-end frameworks, tooling, and design systems.
  • Collaborate with multiple client teams and adapt to different tech stacks and product maturity levels.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Front End or Full Stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript and front-end frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and the ability to make informed design decisions.
  • Experience building responsive, accessible, and performant web interfaces.
  • Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and state management tools.
  • Comfort working with REST and GraphQL APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
  • Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously in a remote, client-facing environment.
  • Back-end experience with Python, Node.js, or similar is a plus.
  • Experience with data-heavy applications, dashboards, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, and direct collaboration with designers is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus.
  • Prior experience in consulting or multi-client environments, ideally in financial services or banking, is a plus.
