Description

  • Develop lifecycle strategies for key network relationships using inbound and outbound outreach, referral programs, and community prioritization.
  • Drive product-led growth initiatives with product and engineering by prioritizing features based on network feedback, A/B testing, and competitive analysis.
  • Create strategic partnerships with industry players, technology platforms, and distribution channels to expand reach and unlock growth opportunities.
  • Design and support relationship-building campaigns with the Communications team across paid, owned, and earned media.
  • Establish and track KPIs and metrics for network growth, partner acquisition, activation, retention, revenue, and referrals.
  • Build and manage a development pipeline to support earned revenue growth through proposals and reporting.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the Growth Team with clear objectives, feedback, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Align growth priorities with executive leadership and communicate progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Stay current on social impact, philanthropy, organizing trends, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies through cross-sector engagement.
  • Represent Murmuration externally through speaking engagements, panel discussions, and media interviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience growing B2B networks, enterprise technology customer communities, and/or complex multi-stakeholder coalitions.
  • Deep understanding of sales mechanics, revenue modeling, and repeatable relationship pipelines.
  • Ability to translate sales and revenue mechanics into an organizing-centric network-building culture.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills to measure network activity and performance.
  • Active engagement within a large, established, diverse network across social impact and philanthropy.
  • Comfort with weekly travel.
  • Experience growing an enterprise technology organization/company is preferred.
  • Experience with organizing technology is preferred.
  • Experience with research and data-driven products is preferred.
