Description

  • Become an expert in Murmuration’s products, third-party tools, data, and analytic resources.
  • Manage a portfolio of campaign and Organizer service-level partners from onboarding through ongoing adoption.
  • Serve as the primary partner contact, resolving technical and non-technical issues and coordinating internal support.
  • Develop tailored onboarding, support, and engagement plans based on each partner’s goals and needs.
  • Lead recurring partner meetings and coordinate internal teams supporting each partner portfolio.
  • Facilitate partner training on Murmuration’s products and services.
  • Create and maintain online documentation, help resources, and best-practice materials.
  • Lead cross-functional work to ensure timely delivery of services to campaign partners.
  • Collect partner feedback on tool usage and translate it into evaluation and action.
  • Identify project-based opportunities to provide additional products and services to partners.

Requirements

  • Experience building and managing strong relationships with partner organizations.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, facilitation, and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organization, project planning, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience managing outputs across multiple teams, divisions, or workstreams.
  • Ability to break complex problems into manageable tasks.
  • Familiarity with data quality and data hygiene practices.
  • Experience with electoral or advocacy campaigns.
  • Interest in politics and/or community-focused policy work.
  • Experience with Salesforce or political data tools such as NGP VAN, NationBuilder, or PDI preferred.
  • Experience with diverse organizations, cross-functional project management, or data-driven organizations preferred.
