Description

  • Lead end-to-end projects, including scope definition, planning, budgeting, risk management, dependency tracking, execution, validation and closure.
  • Manage implementation, enhancement, integration and migration initiatives for SCADA, GIS and ADMS platforms.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary internal and external teams across network operations, dispatch, engineering, maintenance, IT, OT, cybersecurity and technology vendors.
  • Translate operational and regulatory needs into clear functional and technical requirements, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
  • Run project governance activities, including steering committees, executive reporting, decision management, milestone control and issue escalation.
  • Identify and mitigate technical, operational, cybersecurity, business continuity and user adoption risks.
  • Coordinate functional, integrated and user acceptance testing before production release.
  • Support operational change, user training and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Lead change management and user adoption efforts, including communication, training and transition support.
  • Ensure compliance with architecture, quality, documentation, security and operational continuity standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading complex technology projects end to end.
  • Experience with SCADA, ADMS, OMS and/or GIS projects; at least one of these is required.
  • Experience in the electric power, energy or utilities sector, ideally in distribution or grid operations.
  • Ability to manage multidisciplinary stakeholders at a senior executive level.
  • 100% remote availability with Argentina time zone focus and willingness to travel periodically to San Juan დაახლოებით once every 2 months.
  • Direct experience managing implementation, evolution, integration or migration projects for SCADA, ADMS, OMS and GIS platforms.
  • Prior knowledge of utility operations and grid control and geospatial systems is highly valued.
  • Ability to ensure integration between grid operations systems and corporate platforms such as ERP, asset management, field mobility, CRM, data platforms and analytics tools.
  • Experience coordinating IT and OT teams, including cybersecurity for critical infrastructure.
  • Experience leading functional, integrated and UAT testing, as well as change management, training and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Experience with project governance, executive reporting, milestone control and escalation of deviations to senior stakeholders.
  • PMP certification or similar is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks applied to critical infrastructure (IT/OT) is preferred.
  • Experience working with international technology vendors is preferred.
