Description

  • Diseñar e implementar agentes inteligentes y flujos de automatización end-to-end.
  • Integrar APIs de herramientas de IA como Gemini, OpenAI y Claude con plataformas internas y externas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener flujos de automatización con n8n como herramienta principal.
  • Configurar y administrar orquestadores de agentes como Dify y LangGraph en distintos entornos.
  • Definir lineamientos técnicos para arquitectura de soluciones, RAG, seguridad, privacidad, vectorización, memoria conversacional, métricas, stack y despliegue.
  • Documentar soluciones, buenas prácticas y patrones reutilizables para asegurar un desarrollo coherente y sostenible.
  • Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo y líderes técnicos para traducir necesidades de negocio en soluciones técnicas.
  • Trabajar con áreas internas y proveedores externos de IA para asegurar entregas de alto valor agregado.

Requirements

  • +5 años de experiencia en desarrollo Fullstack con Python/Script y JavaScript para backend y React para frontend.
  • +3 años de experiencia en automatización con n8n, Make o Zapier.
  • +1 año de experiencia trabajando con APIs de herramientas de IA, especialmente Gemini a nivel API, y conectando ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini con sistemas externos.
  • Experiencia indispensable con Dify y LangGraph como orquestadores de agentes.
  • +1 año implementando motores de intención, orquestadores single y multi-agente, RAG, vectorización y memoria conversacional.
  • Manejo de control de versiones y trabajo colaborativo con GitHub o GitLab.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar remoto de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a.m. a 6:00 p.m.
