Description

  • Gather system requirements from end users, IT teams, and stakeholders.
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven ServiceNow applications and workflows.
  • Integrate machine learning, NLP, and predictive analytics across ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, and HRSD.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor software engineers delivering customer projects.
  • Manage application development activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Design custom and product-based ServiceNow solutions and configure REST/SOAP integrations.
  • Develop and validate service maps, impact assessment rules, and event management solutions with technical stakeholders.
  • Promote update sets and data across ServiceNow environments and remediate related production incidents.
  • Coordinate with technical leads to maintain consistent ServiceNow architectural patterns.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience implementing, administering, configuring, or developing ServiceNow across at least two capabilities.
  • Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, Performance Analytics, and other AI modules.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with other platforms using MID Servers and cloud-to-cloud connections.
  • Experience with SOAP, REST, and automated bidirectional web service integrations.
  • Knowledge of data extraction technologies such as JDBC and ODBC, or ETL integrations.
  • Experience implementing ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, Software Asset Management, ITSM, Service Catalog, and Workflows.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, and Scripted REST APIs.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, AI/ML, or a related field.
  • Ability to plan strategically, allocate resources, coordinate people, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to complete ServiceNow competency certifications and module accreditations; ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, and CAD are preferred.
