Description

  • Implement, customize, and support Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions aligned with client business processes.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications in collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, customizations, and integration processes.
  • Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems to maintain ERP performance.
  • Provide training and support to end users to improve system adoption and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on Microsoft Dynamics technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support project management activities for ERP implementation projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics ERP technical consultancy roles.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations or another Dynamics ERP module.
  • Proficiency in X++, C#, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with integrations and data migration using Microsoft tools such as Azure, Logic Apps, or Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with SQL Server database management and reporting services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Project management experience in ERP implementations is a plus.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
