Description

  • Manage, implement, and optimize ARIS tools to support business process management initiatives.
  • Create, analyze, and maintain business process models in ARIS while ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Support business units in adopting ARIS and promote best practices for process documentation and management.
  • Conduct training sessions to help users leverage ARIS tools effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into ARIS model specifications.
  • Monitor data integrity within the ARIS repository and perform regular audits and updates.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ARIS users and resolve tool-related issues.
  • Optimize ARIS tool performance and stay current on business process management methodologies and trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working with ARIS tools in a business process management context.
  • Strong understanding of business process modeling principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing ARIS tools to meet organizational needs.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex information and present actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certification related to ARIS or business process management methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience integrating ARIS with other business applications and tools is preferred.
  • Knowledge of process improvement frameworks such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred.
