Description

  • Evaluate and improve the execution quality of complete ad campaign setups across social, search, display, and video channels.
  • Anticipate issues in campaign execution and begin diagnosing root causes.
  • Interpret performance trends, connect them to campaign goals, and recommend tactical adjustments.
  • Manage task dependencies across roles to keep workflow moving on schedule.
  • Facilitate portions of client discussions with clear preparation and communication.
  • Build foundational coaching skills through observation, feedback, and role modeling.
  • Identify patterns in creative performance and recommend adjustments.
  • Anticipate resource needs and contribute input for scoping.
  • Oversee the full QA process from development through final approval and launch.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of digital advertising experience.
  • At least 2 years managing media buying and ad implementation for direct response campaigns.
  • Proficiency in programmatic display, video, paid social, and paid search channels.
  • Experience trafficking ads in Google Campaign Manager or a comparable ad server.
  • Experience working in demand-side platforms such as Google Display and Video 360, Viant, Yahoo, StackAdapt, or The Trade Desk.
  • Experience producing and reviewing detailed data reports and developing optimization recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft meeting agendas that move projects forward.
  • Experience project managing ad implementation in a highly collaborative environment with frequent communication across junior and senior staff.
  • Experience supporting the professional development of more junior staff or interns.
  • Preferred: experience working at an agency.
  • Preferred: experience working with or at nonprofits or political/issue campaigns.
  • Preferred: basic understanding of pixels and pixel management.
  • Preferred: experience with project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, Trello, or Jira.
  • Must reside in one of M+R’s currently registered states for eligibility to be hired.
  • M+R staff working from an office are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.

  • Salary of $91,000 with no-negotiation compensation policy.
