Description

  • Develop, manage, and optimize offline media campaigns across linear TV, CTV/OTT, radio, podcasts, and direct mail.
  • Own the end-to-end offline campaign lifecycle, including strategy, media planning, measurement, and optimization.
  • Design and run test-and-learn experiments such as A/B tests, geo-lift studies, holdout tests, and incrementality analyses.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and profitability and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Build performance reports that show impact, conversions, attribution, reach/frequency, brand awareness, and cross-channel influence.
  • Partner with creative and content teams to develop scripts, ad creative, direct mail pieces, and audio/video assets.
  • Stay current on offline and emerging media trends, technologies, and best practices to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, digital marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to support go-to-market execution.
  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Optimize station, network, and audience mix to improve efficiency and ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of hands-on experience planning, buying, and optimizing offline media channels.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable customer acquisition and brand lift through offline media.
  • Strong understanding of offline media measurement methodologies, including matched market analysis, incrementality testing, and brand lift studies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and with Google Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
  • Familiarity with how offline and digital media work together and how to measure cross-channel impact.
  • Experience marketing services to small business owners is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to use AI tools or agents to support research, analysis, or reporting workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to ambiguity, and collaborate effectively across the organization.
