Description

  • Develop, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and execute full-funnel strategies covering awareness, retargeting, lead generation, and conversion objectives.
  • Manage budgets with a focus on ROI, ROAS, efficiency, and scaling opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data, business priorities, and commercial impact.
  • Build audience strategies using segmentation, targeting logic, and platform insights.
  • Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, offers, and messaging to improve results.
  • Track and interpret key metrics such as CAC, LTV, CTR, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
  • Use analytics and attribution tools to produce clear recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, SEO, and sales teams to align campaign execution across functions.
  • Support both e-commerce and B2B growth initiatives through performance-driven campaign management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on media buying experience in performance marketing.
  • Strong experience managing campaigns for both e-commerce and B2B businesses.
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Clear understanding of conversion funnels, remarketing strategies, CAC, LTV, and ROAS.
  • Strong analytical ability and confidence making data-driven decisions.
  • Experience handling large budgets, multiple campaigns, and multi-market execution.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and execution discipline.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment without losing pace or quality.
