Description

  • Evaluate and compare revenue growth opportunities to guide prioritization, investment decisions, and negotiation strategy.
  • Develop analytical frameworks to assess trade-offs, risks, and expected impact across competing options.
  • Produce executive-ready reports and dashboards that translate complex analyses into concise, decision-oriented narratives.
  • Design measurement plans to evaluate new growth initiatives and validate assumptions over time.
  • Ensure high standards of data validation and accuracy for analyses shared with senior leadership.
  • Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical work and actionable recommendations.
  • Support data-driven decision-making in a highly business-facing role across Firefox growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or applied quantitative roles.
  • A track record of influencing business decisions through data.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for analysis, modeling, and validation.
  • Strong business judgment and stakeholder management skills, including comfort assessing trade-offs and pushing back on assumptions.
  • Practical experience with statistical analysis and experiment design applied to real-world business problems.
  • Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple viable options.
  • Experience delivering directional insights with clear rationale.
  • High standards for data accuracy, validation, and reproducibility, especially for executive-facing work.
