Description

  • Support the ERP system daily and manage the delivery of NetSuite initiatives and business processes.
  • Plan, review, and revise functional configuration, customizations, automation, enhancements, system maintenance, and business process testing.
  • Build and maintain reporting, integrations, and automation workflows to improve data flow and operational efficiency.
  • Research and resolve issues and design new workflows to address business needs.
  • Provide thought leadership on best practices and recommend solutions for ERP-related challenges.
  • Maintain awareness of new technologies and software to improve system processes and user experience.
  • Lead new releases, test updates, and roll out new features effectively.
  • Serve as a liaison with third-party vendor support.
  • Provide ongoing internal system and technical support to users.
  • Partner with FP&A to deliver reporting insights, improve data integrity, and streamline financial analysis.
  • Drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash execution across billing, payments, and revenue operations.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience working with NetSuite, including customization, business operations, systems development, integration, and hands-on support.
  • Direct experience supporting and integrating NetSuite with business applications.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes.
  • Strong knowledge of application integration technologies and APIs.
  • Proven skills in SQL, JavaScript, and Excel formulas.
  • NetSuite certifications.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong planning and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Experience leading discovery interviews to understand business problems and desired outcomes.
