Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound phone outreach to targeted patients based on predetermined lists and attempt schedules.
  • Manage multiple outreach attempts per patient while meeting defined service-level timelines.
  • Engage patients professionally by phone for most of the workday while balancing empathy, warmth, and performance expectations.
  • Introduce Motion MSK to patients who may have no prior knowledge of the company and explain the care option clearly.
  • Build trust through active listening, validation, and personalized education during patient conversations.
  • Tailor outreach messaging to patient needs and ethically convert engaged patients into care.
  • Maintain clear, detailed documentation in internal systems that is actionable for providers.
  • Track patient outreach status, next steps, and scheduling information accurately.
  • Schedule first appointments for engaged patients within defined timelines.
  • Follow outreach and scheduling workflows to ensure timely follow-through and adherence to SLAs.

Requirements

  • Spanish fluency is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse patient populations.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare, patient services, care coordination, or similar patient-facing environments.
  • Experience working in high-volume call environments, ideally with outbound outreach responsibilities.
  • Comfort spending the majority of the workday on the phone while meeting structured outreach and performance expectations.
  • Strong communication and consultative conversation skills, including the ability to guide discussions and redirect when needed.
  • Ability to follow structured workflows or scripts while exercising sound judgment and adapting in real time.
  • Experience engaging diverse populations and navigating hesitant or challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay accountable in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work East Coast hours.
  • Private, secure remote workspace that protects PHI and supports HIPAA-compliant patient interactions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of musculoskeletal care, physical therapy, kinesiology, exercise science, or related fields (preferred).
  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments with comfort navigating evolving processes (preferred).
  • Flexible, team-oriented mindset with willingness to step beyond strict role boundaries (preferred).
