Description

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight of multiple markets with direct management of attorneys and case managers handling pre-litigation premises liability cases.
  • Drive consistent execution of firm policies, workflows, and best practices across multiple markets.
  • Monitor and enforce KPIs, compliance metrics, and quality standards in line with business goals.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop attorneys and case managers through regular feedback, performance management, and accountability.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for organization-wide issues and build scalable systems for timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor from a fully accredited law school.
  • Active Bar member in good standing.
  • 5+ years of personal injury experience with meaningful exposure to pre-litigation workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, and hold teams accountable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of personal injury presuit processes.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and manage performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear direction and constructive feedback in a timely fashion.
  • Self-starter with a long-term leadership mindset and interest in operational growth.
  • Strong judgment, decision-making, and organizational skills.
