Description

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients and conduct consultations to assess their needs.
  • Gather and accurately document information related to potential cases.
  • Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate callbacks with prospective clients.
  • Distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text.
  • Manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
  • Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, respectful, and solutions-oriented manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and comprehension skills with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to type at least 35 WPM while navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities.
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently and stay self-motivated.
  • Consistently reliable, dependable, and accountable.
  • Open availability to work shifts within 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including weekends.
