Description

  • Lead product discovery by talking to customers, identifying real problems, and defining meaningful outcomes.
  • Own the product roadmap and make clear, well-reasoned prioritization decisions.
  • Write clear, actionable PRDs for hardware and app features.
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and operations to deliver products end to end.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as design agencies, app developers, and manufacturers.
  • Run sustaining programs to improve cost, quality, reliability, and compliance.
  • Define and track product metrics to inform decisions and measure success.
  • Balance long-term product vision with short-term fixes and ongoing iteration.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of product management or similar experience.
  • Experience shipping at least one hardware or connected device.
  • Strong understanding of electronics or IoT products and their lifecycle.
  • Experience working with external partners such as design houses, app teams, or contract manufacturers.
  • Ability to balance customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and bias-to-action working style.
  • Entrepreneurial, accountable, and outcome-focused mindset.
  • Ability to stay calm and resilient when things go wrong.
