Description

  • Own PayBox initiatives end-to-end, from identifying problems and defining solutions through production delivery and iteration.
  • Advance PayBox’s 0-to-1 development and growth following its recent launch.
  • Build payment and peer-to-peer transfer experiences for AI interfaces.
  • Develop integrations across AI platforms, applications, and the PayBox ecosystem.
  • Build infrastructure and product experiences that support new applications and integrations.
  • Partner with Product to turn ambitious concepts into simple, usable experiences.
  • Improve onboarding, UX, and end-to-end product friction.
  • Make pragmatic technical and product decisions using first-principles reasoning.
  • Work across the product and technical stack based on the highest-impact problems.
  • Use AI extensively while maintaining independent technical judgment and accountability.

Requirements

  • Exceptional engineering fundamentals and technical reasoning for solving ambiguous problems.
  • High agency and willingness to identify important problems without fully defined requirements.
  • Experience building and shipping meaningful products, projects, or systems end-to-end.
  • Strong systems thinking, architectural judgment, and understanding of technical trade-offs.
  • Strong product judgment and attention to user experience and implementation quality.
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with shifting priorities.
  • Ability to use AI tools effectively without outsourcing technical reasoning or accountability.
  • Strong motivation to own outcomes and responsibility for product quality.
  • Founding or early-stage startup experience, or experience building a company or product (preferred).
  • Experience with AI-native products, payments, fintech, crypto, DeFi, MCP, or other agent protocols (preferred).
