Description

  • Design realistic scenarios involving QoE analyses, working capital, net debt, financial due diligence, valuation models, purchase price allocation, and deal or LBO models.
  • Review AI-generated advisory outputs for analytical accuracy, defensible assumptions, and professional judgment.
  • Provide clear written feedback to improve AI performance on transaction and valuation tasks.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with the research team.
  • Complete a brief sample task if selected during the application process.

Requirements

  • Experience in transaction advisory, including Big Four TAS or boutique firms, corporate development, investment banking, or valuation.
  • Hands-on ownership of QoE analyses, valuation work, or deal models.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication and attention to detail.
  • CPA certification preferred; ASA, ABV, or CFA is a plus for valuation-focused candidates.
  • Experience with DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, ASC 805 purchase accounting, or LBO modeling is relevant.
  • Ability to provide a resume or summary of transaction advisory or valuation experience and complete an application form covering specialties and certifications.
