Description

  • Maintain a comprehensive net-worth and liquidity dashboard across personal and investment assets, liabilities, cash positions, and obligations.
  • Monitor cash flow across entities and personal accounts, forecast needs, and identify opportunities to optimize liquidity and capital deployment.
  • Track investment performance and prepare monthly personal financial summaries and investment reports.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, lenders, accountants, attorneys, and other stakeholders to gather inputs and align on strategy.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of acquisition opportunities and conduct initial screening of potential deals.
  • Develop investment memos and lead diligence workstreams across financial, operational, tax, and legal areas.
  • Build financial models and underwriting analyses, including LBOs, working-capital analyses, debt-service structures, and sensitivity cases.
  • Support real estate underwriting and analysis for multifamily, senior living, and other investment opportunities.
  • Create 100-day plans for new acquisitions and support KPI development, integration, and post-close performance tracking.
  • Assist with tax-planning and entity-structure conversations in collaboration with external advisors.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate development, transaction services, management consulting, or a comparable analytical/finance-intensive role.
  • Exceptional financial modeling capability, including LBOs, sensitivity analyses, working-capital forecasting, debt-service modeling, and multi-scenario planning; able to build from scratch without templates.
  • Experience supporting or leading transaction processes, including sourcing, deal screening, due diligence, data-room organization, materials preparation, and cross-party coordination.
  • Exposure to real estate underwriting, including multifamily, mixed-use, or operating-business real estate.
  • Advanced Excel skills and comfort with financial automation tools, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Superb written communication with the ability to synthesize complex analysis into clear, concise, decision-ready memos, models, and summaries.
  • High degree of discretion and professional integrity when handling confidential financial information across multiple entities and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments with sound judgment, proactive problem-solving, and independent decision-making.
  • Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfort engaging with external stakeholders, including lenders, investors, attorneys, accountants, sellers, and advisors.
  • Curiosity and a builder’s mindset, with a desire to improve systems, templates, models, and processes.
  • Entrepreneurial orientation and a long-term vision for wealth creation.
