Description

  • Identify and recruit new technology partners aligned with Moodle’s partnership strategy.
  • Drive partner and revenue growth across Certified Integrations, VARs, and Marketplace programs.
  • Represent Moodle at conferences and networking events to generate partnership opportunities.
  • Target high-potential partners and markets to expand the ecosystem.
  • Manage partners from first contact through onboarding, assessment, certification, and activation.
  • Evaluate partner fit based on strategy, market presence, and customer alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover into account management.
  • Lead contract negotiations and ensure partners understand compliance requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and procurement channels to inform targeting and strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in sales, deal closing, and partner acquisition, ideally in EdTech or technology ecosystems.
  • Experience building and maintaining strong partner relationships and managing pipelines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized, with the ability to execute complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret market data and optimize strategies.
  • Working knowledge of the Moodle ecosystem is desirable but not essential.
  • Technical understanding of LMS platforms and integrations is desirable but not essential.
  • Experience drafting contracts is desirable but not essential.
