Description

  • Apply marketing analytics, data mining, and data presentation to understand campaign performance and user behavior.
  • Guide the performance marketing and brand teams on measuring meaningful outcomes and running geo-lift experiments.
  • Build and apply marketing measurement and forecasting solutions to optimize growth.
  • Work with finance to define the lifetime value of new users and assess campaign impact on profitability.
  • Liaise with engineers to ensure the right marketing measurement data is collected for business insights.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, analytics engineers, and marketing managers across the Growth team.

Requirements

  • Solid grounding in SQL and preferably Python.
  • Experience conducting large-scale geo-lift or A/B experiments.
  • Passion for marketing science and understanding causal impact of marketing campaigns.
  • Ability to think commercially and translate numbers into business context.
  • Comfortable both working hands-on and thinking strategically.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to identify and solve issues proactively.
  • Strong team player who colleagues can rely on.
  • Impact-driven with a desire to influence company, product, users, and colleagues positively.
