Description

  • Own and drive product outcomes aligned with metrics and company OKRs.
  • Build deep understanding of the domain, including business, product, operations, customers, market, competitors, and risk or regulation.
  • Maintain a roadmap that balances short-term and long-term priorities across growth, technical investment, and compliance needs.
  • Use customer discovery, product analytics, and experimentation to validate assumptions and refine product direction.
  • Break down ambiguous problems into clear proposals, action plans, and tradeoff recommendations.
  • Write product documentation including one-pagers, PRDs, GTM plans, release scopes, and user stories.
  • Build relationships with customers, teams, stakeholders, and leaders to keep product direction aligned and grounded in context.
  • Dive into data directly by writing queries and analyses to validate hypotheses and monitor product signals.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Maintain high standards for ownership, decision-making rigor, execution excellence, and product quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, with a strong preference for a technical field.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in technology companies.
  • 5+ years of experience owning and driving products end-to-end as a Product Manager.
  • Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes tied to OKRs.
  • Deep customer empathy and ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights.
  • Strong analytical skills in metric design, monitoring, funnel analysis, and evidence-based prioritization.
  • Hands-on SQL experience is highly desirable.
  • Technical fluency across system architecture, APIs, data flows, and engineering tradeoffs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in executive and cross-functional settings.
  • High autonomy, sound judgment, resilience, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
  • Experience building, launching, and scaling fintech products is a plus.
  • Experience with zero-to-one product development or creating new product lines is a plus.
