Description

  • Lead end-to-end data science projects that support product innovation and business strategy.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, opportunities, and decision-making insights.
  • Develop and deploy predictive and prescriptive models using machine learning and statistical methods.
  • Design A/B tests and causal inference studies to support experimentation and learning.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business leaders to translate goals into data-driven solutions.
  • Build dashboards, tools, and frameworks that enable self-service analytics and broader data fluency.
  • Turn complex data problems into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data systems such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills, with fluency in Python or R.
  • Experience with machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn or XGBoost.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Plotly.
  • Solid understanding of experimental design, hypothesis testing, and causal inference.
  • Ability to distill complex data problems into clear, actionable insights.
  • BSc, MSc, or PhD in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar.
  • Preferred experience with deep learning, NLP, or time-series forecasting.
  • Preferred knowledge of production data pipeline tools such as Airflow or dbt.
  • Preferred familiarity with business domains such as fintech, e-commerce, or healthcare.
