Description

  • Partner with senior business leaders to operationalize people plans aligned with organizational goals and talent priorities.
  • Manage day-to-day employee lifecycle matters in partnership with People Operations and Employee Relations.
  • Coach line managers on performance management, feedback, and team engagement.
  • Analyze people metrics such as attrition, engagement, and performance to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Support organizational design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
  • Collaborate with COEs including Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning, and Employee Relations to deliver enterprise programs into business units.
  • Act as a culture champion by driving inclusion and accountability through daily interactions.
  • Provide business context and feedback to shape company-wide HR policy and program design.
  • Lead the end-to-end deployment of strategic HR initiatives across assigned business units.
  • Mentor, develop, and delegate effectively to PBP team members or support staff.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of HR experience, including 3+ years in an HRBP or advisory role.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple business units or teams.
  • Sound understanding of HR processes and labor regulations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, or digital environments is preferred.
  • Exposure to organization-wide HR transformation or scaling initiatives is preferred.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and communicate complex people issues in business terms.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and people insight.
  • Experience coaching or developing other people business partners or HR team members is preferred.
