Description

  • Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control procedures to keep physical stock aligned with system records.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee the daily movement of terminals, spare parts, and work tools across the inventory lifecycle.
  • Coordinate the transfer of faulty terminals to technicians and the receipt of repaired terminals from QA.
  • Analyze inventory trends to forecast demand, reduce stockouts, and optimize reorder points and safety stock levels.
  • Implement inventory systems and process improvements to strengthen visibility, traceability, and operational efficiency.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor inventory staff while enforcing SOPs and best practices.
  • Liaise with procurement, Partnerships, DNS, repair teams, third-party logistics partners, and OEMs to align inventory with operational needs.
  • Prepare inventory performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Reduce carrying costs, minimize obsolescence, and manage disposal of excess or obsolete inventory.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a repair center, distribution, or retail environment is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Hands-on experience with inventory management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment.
