Description

  • Design electronic hardware circuits and PCB layouts that meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Maintain and update the technical source of truth, including parts lists and bills of materials.
  • Develop training materials and procedures for repair technicians.
  • Create and update repair manuals to simplify complex fixes.
  • Test products and tools hands-on to identify design gaps and recommend improvements.
  • Analyse hardware specifications and market trends to assess the feasibility of new designs or modifications.
  • Document repair processes and results accurately to support continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with technicians and other engineers to align hardware strategy across the team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a hardware or electronics engineer.
  • Experience in terminal or electronics repair is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for documentation and tracking.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented approach.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work respectfully with teammates.
  • Interest in teaching and helping technicians build their skills.
