Description

  • Design secure, scalable architectures for autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents, multi-agent orchestration systems, and cognitive workflows.
  • Architect cloud-native AI pipelines using services across Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Establish patterns for LLM orchestration, semantic memory, vector storage, and state management.
  • Integrate AI agents with legacy enterprise systems, APIs, RPA tools, and real-time data streams while optimizing cost, latency, and throughput.
  • Build proofs of concept and MVPs to validate architectures and de-risk complex agent workflows.
  • Set AI engineering coding standards and conduct code reviews for reliability, security, and agent behavior.
  • Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, tools, and foundation models for enterprise use.
  • Translate business problems into structured agentic workflows and technical requirements with product and business stakeholders.
  • Advise engineering teams and executives on Agentic AI capabilities, limitations, and ROI.
  • Partner with Security, Compliance, and Risk teams to implement AI guardrails, privacy protections, hallucination mitigation, and ethical deployment practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience architecting cloud solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP, including cloud-native microservices and serverless architectures.
  • 2+ years of direct experience with LLMs and complex AI applications such as RAG pipelines, autonomous agents, and tool-calling systems.
  • Hands-on proficiency with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, or LangChain.
  • Production-grade programming experience in Python, TypeScript, or Java; Python is preferred.
  • Experience with AI CI/CD pipelines and LLMOps.
  • Experience with vector databases and enterprise search platforms, such as Azure AI Search, Amazon OpenSearch, or Vertex AI Search.
  • Ability to explain complex ML and architecture concepts to non-technical business leaders.
  • Ability to balance emerging AI approaches with stable, cost-effective enterprise delivery.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud architecture or machine learning certifications are preferred.
