Description

  • Update and replace image and video creatives in Meta Ads Manager using Canva or CapCut.
  • Revise headlines, primary text, and descriptions across client ad accounts according to test plans.
  • Maintain funnels, workflows, automations, pipelines, and email/SMS sequences in GoHighLevel.
  • Organize multiple client ad accounts and CRM environments using naming conventions, systems, and checklists.
  • Follow written SOPs and Loom walkthroughs while maintaining speed and accuracy.
  • Flag unclear instructions, potential issues, and account inconsistencies before making changes.
  • Pull performance screenshots and export data to support basic reporting needs.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience editing campaigns, ad sets, and ads in Meta Ads Manager.
  • Practical experience building or editing funnels, workflows, and pipelines in GoHighLevel.
  • Proficiency with Canva or CapCut for creative editing, text overlays, and resizing.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience following SOPs, checklists, and naming conventions across multiple accounts.
  • Fast, detail-oriented execution and proactive communication.
  • Good written and spoken English for SOPs and asynchronous communication.
  • Based in Latin America and available to overlap with U.S. business hours.
  • Experience supporting a digital marketing agency with multiple clients preferred.
  • Familiarity with fitness, gym, or local-service campaigns preferred.
  • Basic understanding of CPL and CTR preferred.
