Description

  • Manage the full project plan for the new website build, including scope, milestones, deliverables, owners, target dates, and dependencies across workstreams.
  • Run weekly status reporting and review cycles to keep the website project on track through launch and post-launch.
  • Project-manage URL mapping, redirect strategy, GA4 event tracking, UTM continuity, and attribution preservation for the website migration.
  • Own the marketing team’s operating cadence, including weekly status meetings, sprint planning, roadmap maintenance, and quarterly retrospectives.
  • Maintain the master marketing roadmap across active initiatives such as content planning, office page refreshes, proof block standardization, CTV expansion, partnerships, and flagship show production.
  • Help administer the marketing project management platform, including Asana, and support consistent workflow execution across the team.
  • Own the marketing operations infrastructure by auditing data integrity issues and managing remediation of tracking and attribution inconsistencies across channels.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, IT, HubSpot, and Salesforce stakeholders to support integrations and technical execution when needed.
  • Build and maintain operational documentation, including location launch playbooks, new market launch playbooks, and brand quality assurance processes.
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing and Sales/Intake to ensure lead handoffs, definitions, and feedback loops remain aligned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or managing document automation, document assembly, or document generation solutions.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical or system-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of workflow automation, business rules, conditional logic, and process optimization.
  • Experience working with structured data sources and business systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, reliability, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to be a proactive self-starter who can operate independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and recommend practical solutions to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
  • Ability to work under pressure, respond to shifting priorities, and maintain accuracy and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a primarily computer-based environment and occasionally lift and move items up to 10 pounds.
