Description

  • Manage a portfolio of API customers and own outcomes across onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion.
  • Build and maintain success plans with goals, next steps, and regular check-ins for each account.
  • Run customer calls primarily across European time zones and provide ongoing account support.
  • Help customers choose the right API endpoints, integrate Modash correctly, and get to first value quickly.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Support and Engineering to resolve problems.
  • Own expansion opportunities end to end, from identifying needs to closing upgrades.
  • Own renewals and coordinate invoicing with Finance.
  • Keep account records organized with clear recaps and accurate updates in Vitally.
  • Lead the sales-to-CS handover and set 30–90 day onboarding goals and milestones.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Engineering, and Marketing to represent customer needs internally and create customer-facing resources.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role supporting technical customers.
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS customers and familiarity with APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and comfort taking ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
  • Ability to understand technical systems quickly, even without a coding background.
  • Experience working at a startup or scaleup.
  • Preferred experience with creator data, creator marketing, or the creator economy.
  • Preferred familiarity with CS and billing tools such as Vitally, Intercom, and Stripe.
  • Some coding-related exposure, such as writing small scripts, reading code, or using SQL, is a plus.
