Description

  • Shape product direction by turning customer pain points into simple, effective solutions.
  • Own work end-to-end from problem understanding through design, implementation, launch, and post-launch improvement.
  • Make clear, context-driven decisions about approach, speed, and durability based on the situation.
  • Collaborate across the team by asking sharp questions, challenging assumptions, and improving reasoning and quality.
  • Keep projects moving forward by making thoughtful calls and involving others when needed.
  • Raise the team bar by sharing feedback early and supporting better decisions across the product team.
  • Build and operate features and systems that support creator discovery and management.
  • Contribute to a team of engineers working across multiple product teams and ambitious product problems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience building and operating production systems.
  • Willingness and ability to learn whatever the problem requires, including front-end, back-end, infrastructure, and new tools or patterns.
  • Strong judgment in shaping solutions from ambiguous or evolving requirements.
  • History of shipping meaningful work in environments that expect ownership and autonomy.
  • Some exposure to cloud or DevOps practices, or a strong drive to learn them quickly.
  • A product mindset with focus on outcomes over complexity.
  • Preference for maintainability and clarity over trends.
  • Willingness to complete a practical coding exercise in Vue.js and Node.js, with some interview preparation if needed.
  • Experience with the company’s stack is a bonus, not a prerequisite: Vue.js 3 with Pinia, Node.js with TypeScript, AWS, Pulumi, MongoDB, DynamoDB, GitHub, Linear, and Notion.
