Description

Administer and configure Jira and Confluence environments.
Manage user access, groups, and project roles.
Create and maintain custom workflows, issue types, screens, fields, filters, and dashboards.
Develop and maintain automation rules using Jira Automation.
Work with stakeholders from multiple departments to translate business needs into scalable configurations and automations.
Support Jira integrations with tools such as Slack and HubSpot.
Train and support users on Jira best practices.
Help improve process efficiency, transparency, and cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of Jira and Confluence configuration, including workflows, schemes, permissions, and dashboards.
Experience with automation tools.
Experience with query languages.
Familiarity with REST APIs and integration patterns.
Good communication skills and a stakeholder support mindset.
English proficiency at B2+ level.
