Description

  • Design and implement features from idea to production.
  • Work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
  • Take architectural decisions and improve existing system design.
  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • Perform code reviews and mentor other engineers.
  • Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the system.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
  • Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
  • Proven experience building and maintaining high-load, event-driven systems.
  • Ability to work across the full stack, including backend and frontend.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
  • Strong ownership and accountability for delivered features.
  • Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architectures.
  • Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
  • Experience with Go (preferred).
  • Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks (preferred).
  • Experience with microservices and distributed systems (preferred).
  • Experience with cloud environments and containers (preferred).
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools (preferred).
