Description

Design and implement features from idea to production.
Work across backend, frontend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Take architectural decisions and improve existing system design.
Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
Perform code reviews and mentor other engineers.
Improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of the system.
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation.
Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Requirements

7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
Strong understanding of system design and architecture.
Proven experience building and maintaining high-load, event-driven systems.
Ability to work across the full stack, including backend and frontend.
Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams.
Strong ownership and accountability for delivered features.
Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and modern web architectures.
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and independently.
Experience with Go (preferred).
Experience with React or modern frontend frameworks (preferred).
Experience with microservices and distributed systems (preferred).
Experience with cloud environments and containers (preferred).
Experience with observability and monitoring tools (preferred).
