Description

  • Communicate with customers and help resolve their problems and concerns.
  • Report customer issues to account managers, technical specialists, and developers.
  • Coordinate the problem-solving process across teams until the issue is resolved.
  • Monitor cases and follow up on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support customer interactions in a dynamic cloud communications environment.

Requirements

  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
  • Upper-intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Ability to stay resilient and perform well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
  • Customer Support experience is an added advantage.
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm EEST.
  • Schedule during the training period will be different.
