Description

  • Conduct investigations to locate individuals and businesses related to service of process.
  • Review findings for the subject of service and cross-reference previous order details.
  • Communicate investigation findings and next steps to customers and co-workers.
  • Answer phone calls and emails related to investigations.
  • Update procedural documents and review existing procedures.
  • Support the Investigations Team in meeting daily goals in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 6 months of related experience.
  • Experience in an office environment and/or customer-facing position preferred.
  • Ability to work remotely with a strong work ethic.
  • Reliability and ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality with privileged information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with peers.
  • Openness to learning new things and responding positively to feedback.
  • Technical savvy, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to learn new systems.
  • Position must be remote but located in South Carolina.
