Description

  • Architect and build high-performance Solana programs in Rust using Anchor and/or native frameworks.
  • Maintain and extend the core stablecoin issuance infrastructure, with heavy use of Token-2022 extensions.
  • Optimize smart contracts for compute unit efficiency, account sizing, and transaction packing.
  • Participate in code and design reviews to preserve architectural quality and consistency.
  • Prepare code for third-party security audits by creating extensive test suites, invariants, and fuzz harnesses.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams to deliver technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with finance experts, blockchain specialists, back-end developers, and designers to bridge technical gaps.
  • Support the development and integration of cross-chain and DeFi-related infrastructure as needed.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • 2+ years of experience writing production-grade Rust code.
  • Proven experience deploying and maintaining complex Solana programs in production.
  • Deep working knowledge of the Solana account model, rent, transaction limits, versioned transactions, and address lookup tables.
  • Strong familiarity with the SPL Token program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts.
  • Hands-on experience integrating with the broader Solana DeFi ecosystem.
  • Experience with cross-chain messaging and bridging protocols such as Wormhole NTT, LayerZero, Hyperlane, or Chainlink CCIP.
  • Basic familiarity with Solidity and EVM development to reason about cross-chain message flows.
  • A proactive, delivery-focused mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving instincts.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field (preferred).
  • Previous engineering experience at a high-growth DeFi protocol focused on stablecoin issuance, lending, or RWAs (preferred).
  • Direct experience with Solana security tooling and auditing workflows (preferred).
  • Active contributions to open-source Solana programs, SDKs, or developer tooling (preferred).
