Description

Conduct research on modern cryptographic protocols for blockchain applications, including post-quantum cryptography, threshold signatures, signature aggregation, and proof systems.
Explore and benchmark NIST post-quantum signature standards and related constructions from recent academic literature.
Collaborate with senior researchers and engineers to apply research findings in practical settings.
Publish research results and contribute to open-source cryptographic projects when appropriate.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science, Cryptography, or a closely related field.
Strong theoretical or practical knowledge of cryptography, including post-quantum signatures, MPC/threshold protocols, zero-knowledge proofs, or interactive proof systems.
Proficiency in at least one of Rust, C++, or Python.
Ability to read and reason about security proofs from academic literature.
Prior research experience or publications in post-quantum cryptography, threshold signatures, or verifiable computation (preferred).
Familiarity with blockchain architectures, smart contract platforms, or on-chain signature verification constraints (preferred).
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate research workflows (preferred).
Current university students and recent graduates may apply.
