Description

  • Lead the integration of security automation tools across fortified wallets and Safe accounts.
  • Implement transaction policy scanning and maintain comprehensive wallet whitelisting to institutional standards.
  • Build and maintain test suites for critical paths such as signer flows, vault onboarding, and transaction validation.
  • Define tested behaviors for expected failure states to improve system resilience.
  • Design and deploy tiered monitoring and alerting with critical, warning, and informational signals.
  • Ensure consistent alert coverage and clear escalation paths across supported blockchain networks.
  • Own operational pipelines and the security automation stack end to end.
  • Proactively identify and close architectural gaps before they become incidents.
  • Establish confidence metrics to measure the reliability of automation workflows.
  • Audit existing security configurations to an institutional standard.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years focused on DeFi/Web3 operations.
  • Direct experience operating DeFi vaults, multisigs, or on-chain treasury systems.
  • Hands-on experience with security integration tools such as Hypernative, Blockaid, Forta, or similar platforms.
  • Proven track record of building, testing, and maintaining production-grade automation pipelines.
  • Strong methodology in unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of automated systems.
  • Experience with monitoring and alerting platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, or PagerDuty.
  • Familiarity with the ERC-4626 vault standard and tokenized vault mechanics.
  • Multi-chain operational experience across Ethereum and Layer 2 environments.
  • Experience with institutional custody platforms such as Fireblocks or BitGo.
  • Ability to use AI tooling for rapid prototyping of internal tools.
