Description

Own the end-to-end pre-sales process, including technical audits, discovery sessions, and requirements gathering.
Design high-level architectures and solution blueprints for client opportunities.
Act as both Business Analyst and Technical Architect during sales cycles.
Write technical specifications and proposals that align technical solutions with business outcomes.
Work with Sales and Marketing to define new business models and offerings.
Support the CTO in scaling technical capabilities and shaping overall strategy.
Supervise Solution Architects and Tech Leads to ensure delivery excellence across new and existing accounts.
Design AI/ML-powered solutions and evaluate new technologies for adoption based on business impact and security standards.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in solution architecture, tech/team lead, or competency management roles.
Background in software development with hands-on coding experience in Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, C#, Go, or similar languages.
Strong knowledge of Microservices, DDD, CQRS, messaging, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies and their practical business applications.
Knowledge of security best practices and scalability considerations for company-wide systems.
Proven track record of owning the full pre-sales cycle and leading execution for complex projects or accounts.
Ability to lead conversations using a 'working backwards' approach from business needs to technical solutions.
English at C1 level with excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
Pragmatic problem-solving mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and high-agency ownership.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience as a Technical Product Manager is a plus.
Cloud certifications such as AWS SA are a plus.
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js is a plus.
Based in Ukraine or Europe; location outside Ukraine is a plus.
