Description

  • Document current-, transitional-, and future-state technology strategies, project plans, roles-and-responsibilities matrices, and governance materials.
  • Track and synthesize insights from technology strategy activities, including high-level executive and tactical project plans.
  • Prepare clear summaries, status updates, and client-facing materials for VA executive leadership and project teams.
  • Synthesize deployment decisions, open questions, and misalignment issues, and escalate unresolved concerns to project leads.
  • Track dependencies between technology deployment strategy and workforce initiatives, documenting integration requirements and risks.
  • Monitor milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators, and escalate delays, blockers, and emerging risks.
  • Coordinate and document cross-workstream interactions to keep technology strategy aligned with broader contact center modernization efforts.
  • Develop PowerPoint decks, Excel files, and Word documents to support technology strategy development and client communication.
  • Navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities while continuing to make progress and manage change.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, contact center, or technology modernization projects.
  • 1+ years of prior work experience in or with the Federal Government.
  • 1+ years of experience communicating with diverse stakeholders, teams, and clients face-to-face.
  • 2+ years of experience in business process analysis, workflow mapping, and requirements documentation.
  • 2+ years of experience with contact center operations, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with business analysis tools such as Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and able and willing to obtain a U.S. Public Trust.
  • Experience supporting operating model design, org structure definition, or organizational transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Experience supporting federal healthcare clients, particularly the VA or DoD, is preferred.
  • Experience with clinical contact center operations and healthcare workflows is preferred.
  • Experience supporting large-scale organizational transformation initiatives is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote work location.
  • Pay range of $130,000 to $145,000.
  • Full-time position with up to 3 openings.
  • Current funding through 08/2026, with an expected additional year award.
  • Opportunity to work on a large-scale federal healthcare modernization effort.
