Description

  • Own the end-to-end design process for medium-to-large enterprise product initiatives, from discovery through high-fidelity design and prototyping.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers in an agile environment to shape product direction.
  • Design accessible, performant, and elegant interfaces that balance user needs with technical and delivery constraints.
  • Produce user flows, interaction models, prototypes, interface comps, visual specs, and supporting documentation across multiple products.
  • Advocate for the user experience and ensure user needs inform design decisions.
  • Apply modern UX/UI principles, accessibility standards, responsive layout practices, and front-end capabilities to improve usability and implementation quality.
  • Independently investigate complex problems, validate solutions with stakeholders, and turn ambiguity into actionable design direction.
  • Present design recommendations, communicate trade-offs, and influence product priorities and near-term roadmaps.
  • Improve and extend the design system to support consistency and scalability across product teams.
  • Mentor and support other designers through critique, coaching, and knowledge-sharing.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of UX/Product Design experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Expert understanding of UX processes, interaction design fundamentals, and end-to-end design workflows.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating design for complex systems and thoughtful solutions to business and user needs.
  • Hands-on experience conducting user research and applying findings to product decisions; familiarity with AI-assisted research synthesis is a plus.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or Photoshop, including AI features within these tools such as Figma AI, Bolt, Cursor, or Lovable.
  • Deep experience with design systems, including contributing to them at scale.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage multiple workstreams, and drive outcomes with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern component libraries such as React or web components.
  • Experience collaborating with and influencing US-based teams.
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, documentation, or research workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field preferred.
  • All applicants must provide a portfolio showcasing visual design, interaction design, and user-centered problem-solving work.
  • Candidates must reside in the US for this position.
