Description

  • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide data quality initiatives with data owners and business stakeholders.
  • Conduct ongoing data profiling and analysis across Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero to identify data quality issues and root causes.
  • Define and execute resolution strategies for data quality gaps in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • Run and maintain customer data matching and hierarchy assignment processes, including stakeholder reviews.
  • Partner with system teams to design and implement data validation rules, automated checks, and preventative controls.
  • Own end-to-end data quality management for critical data assets, including quality dimensions, monitoring, and trend reporting.
  • Collaborate with external data providers such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet to enrich, validate, and standardize data.
  • Create and maintain data standards and field-level definitions across departments and systems.
  • Establish KPIs for data quality success and provide executive reporting on remediation progress and control adoption.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in enterprise data management, data quality management, or data remediation.
  • Strong SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries for profiling, analysis, and quality monitoring.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce data structures and data management within the Salesforce platform.
  • Experience driving data quality standardization and establishing controls across an enterprise.
  • Experience working with external data vendors such as ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet is a significant plus.
  • Experience with NetSuite and/or ChurnZero data is a plus.
  • Exposure to AWS and Snowflake is a plus.
  • Experience with generative AI and using AI for data quality and metadata management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data modeling for analytical purposes is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize work across multiple, competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve goals and deadlines.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
