Description

  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences, understand customer needs, and analyze the competitive landscape.
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and clear value propositions for HR solutions.
  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies, including launches, pricing, promotions, and distribution channels.
  • Plan and support product launches in collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.
  • Create marketing content such as product briefs, presentations, case studies, and blog posts.
  • Equip the sales team with tools, training, and collateral to sell the solutions effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to inform marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with product management, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to align on business objectives.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B/SaaS marketing.
  • Experience in HR technology is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Exceptional project and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn a wide range of solutions, customer profiles, and target markets.
