Description

  • Own quarterly consolidated flux analysis and prepare board and reporting package slides for executive leadership.
  • Serve as the lead project manager for the global annual audit, coordinating with international teams and external auditors.
  • Manage the global close timeline and ensure deadlines are met across entities.
  • Maintain a rigorous journal entry review process.
  • Manage equity reporting, including stock-based compensation, and oversee accounting for hedging, capitalized commissions, and capitalized software.
  • Partner with leadership on investor reporting and ensure external financial communications are accurate and compliant.
  • Lead the GL portion of the AI automation project, identifying opportunities to use AI for journal entries, reconciliations, and anomaly detection.
  • Author and maintain annual GL memos and technical positions to keep accounting policies current.
  • Lead high-impact GL projects such as M&A integration, new entity setup, and technical research into emerging accounting standards.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of accounting experience, including leadership experience in a global, multi-entity environment.
  • Strong command of GAAP/IFRS, particularly equity and consolidations.
  • Advanced experience with ERP systems.
  • Genuine interest in AI and automation tools for finance.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects such as global audits or system implementations.
  • Active CPA is a plus.
