Description

  • Drive process optimization by identifying and implementing AI-driven improvements to event logistics, vendor management, and contract sourcing.
  • Own specific regional marketing programs and related processes end to end.
  • Serve as the execution partner for regional marketers across the complete event operations lifecycle.
  • Source, negotiate, and book venues and catering for executive events.
  • Manage procurement, contracting, and compliance processes with third-party vendors and contractors.
  • Coordinate collateral, shipping, and on-site logistics for regional programs.
  • Manage pre- and post-event operations, including lead upload, reporting, campaign setup, and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Support operational reporting on event budgets, vendor performance, and regional campaign metrics.
  • Partner with the Head of EMEA Marketing and regional sales leaders to design and execute growth-focused regional programs in emerging EMEA markets.
  • Collaborate with Partner Marketing and Channel teams to execute co-branded, partner-led events and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B field marketing or event marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects, budgets, and vendors simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Direct experience with event planning, including venue sourcing, contract negotiation, vendor management, and third-party suppliers or contractors.
  • Experience with or strong aptitude for using AI, automation tools, and data to improve operational efficiency.
  • Some exposure to partner marketing and channel partners.
  • Experience with channel-first or partner-first marketing motions is highly valued.
