Description

  • Conduct discreet evaluations of luxury brands in-store, online, or through a combination of both channels.
  • Provide objective feedback about each customer experience through a questionnaire.
  • Select assignments that match your profile and interests.
  • Complete post-evaluation questionnaires accurately after each mission.
  • Follow each brand’s project objectives and special requirements.
  • Use the mobile platform to search for, browse, and apply to available missions.
  • Register, complete profile verification, and pass the general certification process before taking assignments.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be an existing customer of premium and luxury brands.
  • Must not be contractually engaged with any retail brand to preserve evaluation integrity.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must be observant and passionate about customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete the platform registration, profile verification, and general certification process.
  • Ability to work as a freelancer on a mission-based basis.
