Description

  • Collect, process, and manage guest data including passport details, contact information, and special preferences.
  • Arrange and manage flight and hotel bookings for each group.
  • Maintain group chats by welcoming guests, sharing schedule updates, and answering questions.
  • Coordinate daily transportation with drivers and manage guest transfers.
  • Oversee group meet-ups, itinerary departures, and on-site logistics.
  • Handle emergencies and unexpected situations such as medical incidents, flight changes, late check-outs, and other force majeure events.
  • Create a friendly, hospitable, and comfortable experience for guests throughout the trip.
  • Remain available online at all times and respond quickly to urgent issues or in-person needs.

Requirements

  • Personal vehicle and valid driving license.
  • Fluent English proficiency.
  • High level of accountability, responsibility, and self-reliance.
  • Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and an approachable personality.
  • High stress tolerance and the ability to make quick decisions in unpredictable situations.
  • Readiness to work a flexible schedule and react quickly to incoming requests.
  • Deep knowledge of the region and an existing network of local contacts, including drivers, medical facilities, and hotels, is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in tourism, hospitality, or group coordination is an advantage.
